Founded in 2023, in response to the growing number of cyber attacks on Canadian Businesses, CTC aims to lessen the skill gap in the Canadian marketplace to keep our businesses and organizations secure for a safer Canada. We are an innovative educational and recruitment firm based on Toronto, Canada.

Our Founder, Tim Harrison, has over two decades of software & IT experience developing digital solutions for some of Canada’s most recognized companies. This is his second Founding after successfully exiting a logistics start-up, Sweyn Logistics, in 2021 after founding it in 2018.
